Scott Leonardi is the President and Owner of Complete Solutions, Inc., an organization that focuses on educating individuals about retirement through workshops, webinars, podcasts and one-on-one meetings.  With over 30 years of experience in the insurance and retirement planning spaces, Scott has come to understand that clients are looking for an advisor that can help them with a complete solution to lessen the worries one will face in retirement,  such as healthcare, taxes, risk and how to make their money work for them in their retirement years.

Scott is the visionary behind the “Great Adventure Retirement Roadmap”, This is the tool he uses to help people set up a holistic, step by step game plan to eliminate the worry of when to retire, and the worry of running out of money.  He is also the co-author of “Don’t Go Broke in a Nursing Home”, a Certified Financial Fiduciary and holds a Life & Health license. Scott is committed to creating resources that help make retirement planning more accessible and easier for his clients to understand.

Scott resides in the Dayton area with his wife and youngest daughter and their three Doberman Pinchers. He is also the father of four adult children, all with wonderful partners, and a growing number of grandchildren. He enjoys spending time on the lake with his family and also working in his garden.
