My name is Scott Leonardi, President and Owner of Complete Solutions. I have made it my mission to educate as many individuals as I can when it comes to retirement. For over 25 years I have helped pre-retirees get their ducks in a row for Retirement. Some of the key areas I focus on:

We keep you updated of any changes and review your plan every annual enrollment to ensure you are set for the following year. Other service we provide assistance with are billing issues, care coordination, and coverage questions.

Step One: Book Your "No Fuss" 15 Minute Intro Call
During this complimentary call I will introduce myself and discuss how we can help you. If you feel that we can help you, we can book a Strategy Session. I will then obtain the information needed to create your plan comparison. A few examples include: your medications, primary care doctor and specialists.
Book NowStep Two: Strategy Session
During this complimentary session I will review your plan options with you and help you determine which plan will fit your needs and budget.
Book Strategy SessionStep Three: Plan Selection & Enroll
After we discuss your plan options and determine which one fits your needs we will help enroll you into that plan. If you are already on a plan and it still fits your needs then we will not make any changes.
Step Four: Receive New ID Cards
You will receive your new Membership ID cards in the mail. Be sure to take the new card with you to update your plan with your doctor and pharmacy.
Step Five: Reveiw
During each Annual Enrollment we help you review your plans again to determine if any changes need to be made for the following year. Plans can change their benefits & formulary each year so this review process is important to ensure you do not have any surprises the following year.
